The price never depends on the number of runs, tokens or conversations. What you spend with a model provider stays between you and that provider.

Objections

Objections we hear, and the answer

What happens if we stop paying?

The AGPL-3.0 core keeps running. The enterprise modules stop loading, and the platform boots without them rather than refusing to start. Nothing you created becomes unreadable.

Do you see our data?

No. The platform runs on your infrastructure and reports nothing back. There is no telemetry to us, and an air-gapped install is a supported deployment.

Is the widget free to put on our site?

Yes, in every edition and with no licence key. The widget carries its own source-available licence rather than the core one: you may read it and embed it on the sites you operate, pointing at your Rikoo instance. Redistributing it on its own, or wiring it to another backend, is what that licence does not allow.

Are we locked into one model provider?

No. Thirty-four providers are supported, including your own model served by vLLM or Ollama. Switching a provider does not mean rewriting an agent.
